After seven years working with the chef Alain Ducasse, who was awarded with 3-stars Michelin, at the Plaza Athenee restaurant, Kei takes over Gerard Besson’s restaurant and gives us the pleasure to enjoy his culinary touch.
In his restaurant, Kei offers us a set menu, as it is common in Japan :
For lunch, the menu is composed of 4 or 5 dishes with the choice of meat,
For dinner, the menu offers 6 or 8 dishes…
